We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay, sleeping in an excellent bed in a spacious room, and savoring the delicious breakfasts, picnics, and dinners. The surroundings are peaceful and charming, right at the edge of the French Ardennes and beneath the beautiful town of Sedan, home to the largest fortified castle in Europe. There is so much to see and explore in the area. Add to that the warm hospitality of Martine and Rudi—who speak French, perfect English, and some Dutch—and you quickly realize there’s no better place to be.

Very nice and friendly owner, clean and very nice apartment, lots of space inside, nice kitchen, bathroom, very comfortable bed, we will be happy to come back. Quiet surroundings of the facility, a good place to relax.

Lovely place with lovely hosts. We had a wonderful time at kotas Esprit-Nordique. Breakfast was great, if we needed anything the hosts did the best in their possible ways. We'd love to come again!

Very close to the Castle and the centre, beautiful environment, fantastic terrace, comfortable, very nice French breakfast and very agreeable hosts ! I loved it and whenever I come back to Sedan I will stay there ! Florence was a very nice hostess and I loved how she organised her terrace with all her plants and lemon trees and how she is such an animal lover ! Big up to her goats, Hortense and Jade and to her cats and wandering squirrels ! Thank you so much for this short but great stay !

Exceptional. Everything is made with love. The place is full of nice details. In the kitchen, the bathroom, all the other rooms are decorated with love and many useful details. Everything is new or in very good status. The bed is directly in front of the window with a great view to the main place of the town. The location itself can't be better.

Amazing location right in the city center - 2 minutes from Place Ducale and 30 seconds from a supermarket! Very well renovated loft department furnished with taste and great attention to detail. We had all necessary conveniences in the kitchen and a lot of space in the living room. Very spacious bathroom as well. A secure parking lot is available and included in the price. We highly recommend this place, and we will return as soon as possible 😀
