Really clean and well equipped. I stayed three nights, so was able to do a load of laundry and air dry it (road trip). Everything in the house worked well.

What a find!! The owners have done a wonderful job of designing the house for b&b. As soon as we arrived we were made welcome and we had a cup of tea and a chat. There are three guest rooms and a lovely guest lounge with views to a large garden. Our room was large with a separate toilet and separate wash room with a huge shower. A great deal of effort has been made by the owners in designing the interior decor to ensure that any visitor would be comfortable. Personally, I thought the movement sensitive extractor in the toilet was brilliant. We had two bikes on the back of our car and the owners offered to put the bikes in the garage, but the parking was hidden away from any passing traffic. As for the breakfast - well. There was far more than we could eat, with toast, croissants, egg and bacon and biscotti cake. A great start to a day.

Great location, walking distance to the river and a great play park for the kids. Our kids also loved the cupboard of toys to play with and we had a nice family dinner and used the oven etc There was a washing machine and plenty of kitchen appliances. The host was very helpful, contacting us when the house was ready and providing the details to get in.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. it smells nice in every corner. The location is amazing along the river, within walking distance from the city center. The staff is helpful and kind, willing to reply in any question. I enjoyed the breakfast too.

It had everything you needed, including a communal kitchen with biscuits, tea and coffee. The room and its bathroom was lovely, and it was obvious a lot of thought and care had gone into the project.
