Everything about Au Clair de Vianne was perfect! The welcome, the helpfulness, wonderful accommodation, view, breakfast -- tout est parfait! Claire and her husband have done a fantastic job of renovating their house with carefulness and creativity. We had rented a car in Toulouse and were headed to the Bordeaux area. This was the perfect stop along the way. We highly recommend it, and we would love to return in the future and stay several nights instead of just one night. Before leaving the village, we walked around the little town of Vianne and found it very charming.

Very well equipped gite with plenty of space. Very comfortable. Sylvie was excellent and very welcoming - she even gave us some eggs for breakfast. There was s good secure place for our bikes as well

Super clean, professionell and easy going. I was traveling with my 10 yo son, we were super tired after a long drive and were greeted with warmth and comfort. Felt safe and in good hands, as we Reiki people say (and recognize each other). The chateau is a really unique property, full of charm and details. Breakfast too was charming and homely. I confess though I was longing for a pain au chocolat. The room was huge and totally unique. The owners are very welcoming and Alexandre can take you out flying over the region if you book with enough time at a very reasonable rate.

We travelled by bicycle but unfortunately we had a puncture which required a bicycle mechanic to repair. Our hosts drove us to the bicycle shop where it was repaired promptly and then drove us back to Cheminard where we continued on our way.Excellent service from our hosts.
