Wea arrived quite tired after a wet drive from Manchester. We were greeted by Cliff who carried our bags to our room. And showed us around. Wow the inside was palatial as was our room. The breakfasts were brilliantly cooked and lots of food by Christina. We could not ask for more.

I adored every little detail – from the cozy atmosphere to the incredible hot tub, which was absolutely divine. I’m already looking forward to coming back and will definitely plan another trip to Scotland just to stay here longer. Our first stop on the West Highland Way was also our best. Just what we needed after our walk. A warm welcome, comfortable room, excellent shower, fantastic pizzas, great breakfast and accommodating hosts. Carolyn was so helpful answering our questions before the stay and lovely to talk to during our stay. We also enjoyed the ducks, chickens and dogs!

Set up like a lovely guest house, it's newly renovated we had a king room and it was spacious. There is no fridge which could be an issue if there for longer than a night or 2. There was no fresh milk on arrival but the host was happy to give us some which was lovely. It was a comfortable stay but the best part of was the breakfast that was included and offered in their beautiful dining room, felt like home.

    Very cosy. Fridge and microwave provided. Nice continental breakfast. Sat in the sun by the pond to eat it. Bruce was very helpful . Shower was great and loved the glass leaf shaped hand basin. Lovely day out at Balmaha ( parking machines only took cash!)
