Cowslip is a fantastically located, well furnished, and well presented lodge. We cooked lovely meals and enjoyed spending time in the family areas during our stay. The attention to detail with the decor and furniture choices doesn’t go unnoticed. The bottle of wine, and biscuits upon arrival is a nice touch! A fabulous base to explore the beaches and castle from!

The location is fantastic and the accommodation is of an exceptional standard. Breakfast was fabulous and David, Judith and Jean looked after us superbly. Jean was a joy to see each morning in the breakfast room and nothing was too much trouble, she is a mine of information about Seahouses and the surrounding area, with helpful ideas and recommendations - not to mention great conversation and a wicked sense of humour 😂😂🤣🤣

Had an issue with the key and Paul came very very quickly to sort us out. King size bed, ahhhhh. Lovely bottle of wine on our arrival. Excellent service and friendliness of all the staff. This is an amazing complex, Spa, Wedding venue, cottages, best Pub, The Apple Inn. Do make a reservation if you want to dine there, it's very popular.

    The bar and restaurant is lovely and a great place to relax. The included breakfast is a great service and food was amazing. Staff were friendly and quick to get you sorted. I didn’t realise when I booked that the hotel had its own car park so that was a nice surprise and convenient when on street parking is full.

    excellent location, free parking outside or around the back in the hotels own small car park. Bar, restaurant or residential lounge available. Food delicious although used the same menu for the 2 days that we stayed. Staff really friendly. Great value for money.
