    Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds comfortable and area quiet. Excellent location but beware no car park - Brighton seems to be largely street parking using a parking app. We decided to use a ‘just park’ type app and got a good deal on a space nearby. Great cafe next door too. X

    Hotel lobby and lounge areas are modern, colourful, spacious, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Room was spacious, clean and welcoming - especially liked the bi-fold doors onto the balcony which overlooked the marina. A fantastic vista. Bed was very comfortable, wide and had plenty of pillows and cushions. Bathroom provided dressing gowns and slippers, and a superb shower. Free parking in the large multi-storey car park next door to the hotel.

    I had an upgrade on arrival to a sea-view room on the second floor. This gave me an amazing view of the beach and water....wonderful looking out onto all the activity. My room was clean with good lighting and beautifully decorated; like that it included walking dressing area, coffee machine and alarm clock. On arrival, there was availability in the car park and so had valet parking for the 3 days. Good buffet breakfast with an omelette cooked in front of you and choice of fillings.

    The location was right by the beach so was a perfect destination for the stay. Breakfast had a variety of options and I felt this was very filling. Also liked the fact that there is parking at the hotel, yes it may be small but there is still alot of street parking nearby.

    From the minute we stepped in the door the quality of finish to the interior was spot on, a very clean , modern and cosy apartment , it has all you need , would definitely stay there again and would recommend. Free parking is an absolute bonus , as when I checked the car park hourly rates they were extortionate, there is a bus stop near the property which we went to the lanes and marina… had an amazing Birthday weekender at the festival in Brighton with affordable accommodation.

    Great location , free parking in the adjacent multi-storey car park. Bus stop outside the hotel to get to the pier area (or the electric train.) Lovely size room with balcony overlooking the marina. Comfy bed and two little rocking chairs.

    Great location with free parking nearby. Our room got upgraded for free which was a nice surprise. We had a shared terrace area off our room with a lovely view overlooking the marina. The room itself was very spacious and modern, and the bed was extremely comfy.
