Great service from start to finish. Picked up from train station and optional breakfast and dinner for a small extra fee. All cooked by a professional chef. Beds were comfy and staff were very accommodating.

I had a great stay at Asal family House. Since I had a car it was perfectly positioned for a nice tour in Fife (the first day) and Stirling (next day) I had no problem parking in the street (for free) every day just in front of the house. Edimburgh airport is 35 minutes away, so it was easy to return my car. The room is very comfortable and bathroom just in front of it. Very quiet at night, I had perfect nights of sleep. Owners were absolutely lovely and caring, made me feel at home. Very quiet and lovely dog too :) I definitely recommend.

Upon booking this stunning accommodation, the hosts were in touch swiftly and provided a very detailed welcome pack which contained everything we could possibly need, from directions, local attractions, helpful telephone numbers and information about property. Their communication was excellent and we had no issues at any point during our stay. I would highly recommend this amazing property!

The flat was lovely! I rented it for my sons to stay in (aged 19 & 22] as the whole family was up/over for my Mums funeral, and my Dad's house isn't big enough for us all. It was spacious, clean, and has a very well equipped in the kitchen - which often isn't so in many places I've found. The beds were comfortable, with spare blankets, etc, if needed. One room has an ensuite shower room, and it has a separate bathroom(shower over the bath) too. The view out over the harbour to the Firth of Forth was lovely, especially as the sun shone. The owner, Maya, couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Sorting out an issue with the tv connection and popping to the flat do this, and also getting extra bedding from storage to allow me to stay with my two on the last night on the fold out sofa bed (also very comfy!) to save me the extra 20 minute drive bag to my Dad's after a long day trip up to Aberdeenshire and back for mums woodland burial. Thank you so much, Maya, for your thoughtfulness and kindness and for keeping such a beautiful flat for us to stay in.

    Quick response from host. Clear instructions about entrance to property. Warm welcome. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable room, with a chair as well and with everything you could need, including fridge, microwave and cutlery etc. Good parking, outside property as well as in car park just opposite. Bus stops just outside property too. I would definitely stay here again.

    Nice, immaculate home, comfy bed, fridge containing milk for the hot refreshments provided, dishes and cutlery for your takeaway or chilled meals, microwave too. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. John was welcoming and friendly. Great, little USB fans on each side of the bed, lead can be used as a charger. Large free car park just across the road. Not too far from the spectacular Fife Coast. Cafe right on the doorstep, Chinese, chip shop and local shop pretty close by.

    This location was chosen as a base to explore the area. The self catering aspect was good for us. Local shops within short distance. The owner John was very pleasant and helpful. Parking space right outside the property.

    John was an exceptional owner nothing was to much trouble. The room was excellent and had a fridge and microwave which was an added bonus. parking was fine, and the Wi Fi was quick, The room also had a large TV.

    Working locally in hospital for the weekend and needed a B&B overnight. This is a quiet location. There is free parking over the road, easy access. Room was great, very clean and tidy. Fridge, tea, coffee and milk provided. There was shower gel and shampoo in shower. Overall excellent facilities. Would happily stay again and recommend B&B.
