We hired 2 pods. Each comfortably accommodated an adult and 3 small children. Ideal for couples with small children. The facilities are enclosed, making it feel safe for children to play without the worry of a road. Angela was so welcoming and friendly. We are already looking forward to returning next year!!

    Good location for touring local area both coast and some of the many distilleries in the area.The food offerings were excellent both at breakfast and dinner.Staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was very spacious with large bed bath separate shower and seating area all very clean and comfortable. The property also has a large car parking area and has a lot of the features of an old mill giving it character.

    Very easy to find in a colourful town centre square. The room was big, clean, and tidy. Easy car parking. Given a huge choice of things for breakfast. Nice to sit at same table as other guests, and converse. The town itself had a reasonable choice of eating places, and a big supermarket just outside, Nice view of the sea, and close to neighbouring village of Cullen.

    Excellent room. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really good. Large portions and great coffee. Staff were very friendly. Private bathroom but it was not in the room but right opposite. Not an issue as the hotel was very quiet. Close to everything you could want. Shops and cafes close by. 5 minute walk from the coastal path. 5 minute drive to Port Gordon to seal watch or Bow Fiddle rock for amazing views. 10 minute drive to Cullun. Easy to find right on main Buckie road and lots of on street parking right outside

    The location was perfect for visiting all the lovely coastal towns and beaches. The apartment was big, on the ground floor, perfect for us. The washing machine- big bonus. Easy street parking in front of the house. There is a Coop within easy walking distance, too.

    Friendly atmosphere, good breakfast and evening meal very accommodating to dietary requirements. Room was well laid out,spacious and a very comfy bed, loved the L shaped bath,although the room faces onto main road not a lot of noise or disruption.. Lovely enclosed beer garden and little play area for kids so adults can relax whilst enjoying a drink. Handy on street parking Definitely planning to go back Keep up the good work Rosyln and staff..

    I had a room at the back facing trees and away from the road. Plenty of free parking close by (a short walk so need to be able to carry luggage). Breakfast was very good and staff always friendly.
