Nice little cottage, very cozy and lovely but with morden kitchen and bathroom. Would be great to have a hair dryer but no harm in that, will bring one alone next time. The experience is far exceeded our expectations. My family loved the time we spent there.

Fantastic hotel - being a pub hotel, we didn’t expect much. However, we were blown away by the White Hart. It was very clean and has clearly recently been redone. Both the pub and the rooms were of high standard. The room had air conditioning as well which was great. The pub toilets were also lovely with a lovely set up for touching up your makeup in the ladies. The person who did our check in was also fantastic and very kind.

This is an historic property having once being owned by the Duke of Buckingham. They serve a wonderful breakfast, and dinner is also very well presented. We stayed in room 2 which is on the ground floor next to where the stables used to be. Parking was free but tight as the spaces were not designed for the wider SUV vehicles, none-the-less we navigated the space with no problems. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and would recommend the hotel for visitors to Stowe and Bletchley Park

Comfortable, very clean and quiet. There’s a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave along with all the cutlery and crockery needed to prepare some meals etc. The location is ideal, quiet yet the delightful town of Winslow is within walking distance. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. There’s private parking for a car behind automatic gates. In all a very comfortable stay.

This picturesque cottage far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautifully furnished home with lots of extra touches. The hosts had a special welcome package awaiting our arrival. The pub, The White Lion, is a short walk away and also exceptional. The village of Wicken is a quintessential English Country Village perfectly situated for several local activities.

    Excellent room with good facilities the position of the hotel makes it very convenient and the car parking was good. The staff were very helpful and I would like to have tried the restaurant as it looked good but I had meetings in the evening and at breakfast

    Great location. Excellent staff service, very welcoming and friendly. Good facilities, immaculate rooms with clean bathrooms. Kettle, hairdryer and even a fan for hot evenings available in room. A good menu variety for breakfast. Would highly recommend. On the plus side free parking available on site together with an overflow carpark....superb!!

    the public facing side of the hotel is fine - the food was good and so were the staff. Car parking is also handy. we also has one evening function in a venue owned by the hotel - and that was super, the venue itself, staff and food.
