Location very good and quiet for a perfect night's sleep (and we were in a front room!). The hotel is set back a very long way from the road which is not very busy. Lovely large comfortable bed. Bed was comfy but the room above ours had very creaky floorboards which kept us awake as the occupants seemed to walk around a lot during the evening and night hours. Otherwise everything was ok. The staff were, without exception, friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. Very dog friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Room was well-appointed, spotless and comfortable.
