    The food. I had Chicken, ham and leek hotpot with veg and Stuffed yorkshire pudding. And the staff. Two young girls on the bar who also checked in overnight guests and served food. Both excellent. The car park had the gates shut at night which was a good idea.

    We had to buy bacon buns from The Shack in the car park.I had hoped that at £75 per single some breakfast - even continental could have been provided. If morning staffing is an issue how about offering in the room some single packet cornflakes or similar with milk, and some fruit, for us to "self service"?
