    Breakfast was fantastic - Jen is a great host! Room was really comfortable and clean and had a wonderful view of the bay! Off-road parking was also a real benefit. And a choice of five pubs in the villages all within an easy walk. High recommended!

    This is remarkable place to stay - at the water's edge on a promontory across the river from Plymouth, in a former military fort. The apartment is only yards from the waves and has everything you need, including a balcony and allocated parking. Highly recommended.

    Location was perfect just outside the village with a superb view. Excellent parking. Breakfast was very well prepared and tasty our host made sure everything was just right. Also her excellent knowledge of the local area was invaluable. On a side note, many others that attended the same event as us used air B&B 100% of them wished they had used a traditional B&B as getting breakfast was difficult at best in this part of the world.

    Lovely spacious and modern room! Very clean and good bathroom. Easy distance to the coastal footpath for walks. We were there for a wedding at Polhawn Fort and this was a great distance for that! The owners were lovely and they had a cute little dog wandering around! Very spacious grounds at the front of the property if you want to relax. Very good wifi! It’s about 20min walk into Cawsand along the country lane or less than 5 minute drive with cheap car parks in town.

    Jenny was so friendly & helpful. Breakfast was excellent & set us up for the day. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and the shower was great. Parking was great because i have had trouble parking around the bays on previous visits staying elsewhere.
