Our stay at Erlinda's place was exceptional, the place was clean and tidy, very lovely furnished and well equipped. Erlinda was very responsive and when we needed some extra crockery she dropped it round withing minutes. The separate entrance made the space feel nicely separated from the main house and is was very quiet. The pictures on the ad don't do it justice, much more light and spacious than anticipated. All in all, perfect for our purpose visiting the area for some academic event.

This is a cute farmyard and barn that has been renovated into ready nice apartment. The bed and bath are in the loft. Open concept with a nice view. Really cute I would stay here again.

Property is on first floor - will accommodate family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) easily. This is located not far from the centre which is roughly 15mts drive (Normal traffic conditions) via uber. Parking has been provided by host beyond the check out time which was massive help given Oxford centre has worst parking and Mobile signal availability. We used 3A bus from the centre to be dropped off right in front of the lane which leads to the property - so excellent transport link I would say. Overall the stay was pleasant and property which seems like very new - is immaculate in condition. Will definitely book again in future.

Hands down the most beautiful property set in incredible surroundings. We met the host and their beautiful dogs briefly and they were so lovely. The coach house we staying in was done to a top spec, huge bath, bed and excellent kitchen facilities. We loved it so much there that we have already booked to come back later this year. Tranquility and comfort in spades.

Excellent location, just 3 min walking from main road Abingdon Rd, very quiet place for sleeping, comfortable mattress, parking for 3 cars. The main reason I have would choose this property again is because no noise place, second makes you feel at home.

    Lovely B&B. John was an excellent host. Very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room and large en suite. Warm with plenty of hot water. Great full English breakfast. Lovely 500 year old building. Easy convenient parking. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

    No frills breakfast , full English for meat eaters however limited breakfast for those that don't eat meat.Parking very good. Barley Mow pub short walk away though it is across busy road bridge so good care is needed, B&B right on Thames path. Some nice plants/garden by rooms.Some rooms in main building ,ours number 5 just opposite where breakfast happens.

    Room was very clean and comfortable bed tea/coffee making was good . Breakfast was so good and the Host's most welcoming. We could not hear the road noise and the recommendation for the local pub was just a short walk away but there is parking at the pub if you drive. All in all fab place to stay.
