Lovely accommodation. Everything you could possibly need provided for in the kitchen and bathroom. Lovely surprise to find bread, scones, fresh milk and various other lovely treats on our arrival. As well as an excellent selection of teas and coffees. We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed longer! Excellent instructions before arrival on how to find and access the accommodation as well as how to contact the owners if necessary. However, we had no need to do so as everything was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The accommodation was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, very clean, and perfectly equipped. We especially appreciated the fresh flowers and the lovely welcome treats like sweets, butter, bread, and fresh eggs — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. You can truly tell that everything is done with care and heart. We’d love to come back!

7 The Walks was full of character and was very comfortable. Really comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms, a large kitchen and large comfortable lounge.Very clean and well equipped, e.g. a proper washing-up cloth rather than the usual j-cloth! I loved the old-fashioned toilet with the pull chain which reminded me of my childhood at my grandmother’s house. I also loved the wonky floors and the first floor bedroom with the low beamed ceiling and the old wooden bed in it (very comfortable mattress). It was lovely to wake up in the morning with a ‘lost in time’ feeling. Parking wasn’t a problem. Two close lovely walks to the right and left.

Lovely B&B and the perfect base to explore Kent and East Sussex. The house itself is beautitul (even better than in the pictures!) and it is located in a peaceful natural environment. You have everything that you need, including a delicious breakfast. Most importantly, Annie and Alex are wonderful hosts. They made us feel at home!

    Location was excellent and very handy for us as we were visiting family 10 minutes from the property. Communication from the owner was excellent. There were many nice touches - chocolate on pillows, milk provided, very wide choice of drinks, bread and cereal. We only stayed one night but the facilities would be brilliant for a longer stay too. The beds were extremely comfortable. The accommodation was immaculate. There was parking too. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this property.
