The room was complete, with milk, coffee, and tea, and snacks. The view from the room at dawn was incredible and a unique opportunity in this wonderful place that is Northern Ireland. The continental breakfast was sensational. John's service was unique and attentive. Superb! The stay was a 15-minute drive from the Game of Thrones experience. I recommend to all fans to stay at the guesthouse. Additionally, he can assist with taxi and transportation if necessary.

This quiant establishment exceeded our expectations. What a gem. Friendly reception, attention to detail, and everything you need. Beautiful apartment with all the amenities that you need for your family for a short break. Pamela left games and colouring in pages for the kids which they loved. Comfortable bed, spacious apartment, thoughtful extras. Excellent communication from the host, Pamela. Highly recommend!

We loved everything here....it exceeded our expectations. It' is a lovely home, in a great location, quiet but within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Off street parking. A few steps at front entrance. Great location for driving to other areas of interest..out to coast or in to Belfast or shop in Banbridge Boulevard only 15 min drive. Everything in the house is very welcoming, modern and fresh. All the extra little touches are bonuses...tea, sugar, cereal, . Very well equipped kitchen including extras like kitchen roll, cling film etc. Excellent wifi. Bedrooms are on the upper floor ...may not suit if one has difficulty climbing a flight of stairs. Bedrooms well laid out and beds very comfortable. Plenty of lighting and extra plug sockets. We all slept really well. Great heating system which can be boosted if needed. Would highly recommend staying here. The host is very responsive to any queries. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
