The property is about 10 miles from the city of LondonDerry. The property was very clean and comfortable. A big bedroom with a big bathroom, a dining area with traditional furniture, breakfast in the morning. Tea and Coffee anytime during the day and a small living room where we could watch TV.

This is THE place to stay. Kevin is what hospitality is all about. Location Cleanliness Breakfast Room EVERYTHING!!! Do not even think about staying somewhere else. 12 days of roadtrip and different places to stay and this is the only place we give a 10. Kevin is someone you need to meet. Even people who live in Derry and have their own buisnesess should stay at leat one night at Kevin's to see how hospitality is done. Do not plan anything in Derry. The location is in the center of town - you can walk everywhere. The Car Park is a 5 minute walk and very reasonably priced. The apartment was larger than expected, spotless and the bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled. The host was fabulous - he sent very clear directions and was available for questions.
