Very easy to find and a very convenient location. Luggage storage was perfect, as we got there a bit early. The apartment was well-apportioned and had everything we needed. The only thing missing, but certainly not a deal breaker, was a hair dryer.

Breakfast and stuff were out of this world, the best service ever. The hotel is very beautiful and authentic with the vibes of Edinburgh. Free coffee to go, free wi-fi, 1 minute away from a bus stop. There was no EU socket in the room, but the lovely receptionist happily provided us with 2 adapters and we were saved :)

Every now and then you come across a hotel that really leaves you admiring every detail in and every interaction, and the Balmoral is one of those hotels, it is exactly what you would imagine an iconic 5 star hotel in the Scottish capital to feel like from the moment you enter to the moment you leave everything is immaculate and it's really earned it's reputation the room, the service, the food options were all spot on. it was our first holiday with our 5 month old first born and all his and our needs were catered for perfectly and we can't to come back.

The accomodation was perfect, spacey, clean, comfortable, quiet and everything all you need was provided. The area also was so beautiful with lost of cafes, great restaurants and only 10 min. Walking from train station. After 3 busy days in Edinburgh hostel stay and visit to Highlands, it was great decision to spend my last night here for a good sleep, get prepared for my train trip to London. Thanks to everyone at the property for their warm welcome and great conversation.
