The hot tub was amazing with such a chilled environment. I used it for recovery after an ultra marathon, place was perfect! Also.a little bar area of you drink that was pretty cool! Great location next to all kinds of shops and restaurants if needed!

Great hotel in the city center that deserves its 4 stars. You can stop in front of the hotel to unload your suitcases. Large, clean, quiet room and bathroom. Plenty of storage space and space for 2 suitcases. Super extensive breakfast that really deserves to be called a "continental breakfast" - it really had everything. There is an affordable, inexpensive parking, even for larger vehicles, with over 200 places at the train station of Chester. Chester railway station is about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. You can pay your park ticket at the counter in the station, where you can also get information about trains to Liverpool (direct connection) and Manchester. If you plan to visit Liverpool we recommend taking the train, so you don't spend time and money looking for a parking space. There are several departures per hour, travel time approx. 45 minutes. Of the places on the Welsh coast, we liked Llandudno the best. When we asked at reception, we were recommended an Indian restaurant nearby, almost opposite the hotel, and they even reserved a table for Saturday evening. It was really good. We were also able to borrow an English adapter, as our own didn't work with the laptop. Chester city centre was about 10-15 minutes away from the hotel, but not just the main road, but also the option of walking through a park and along the River Dee.

Great location for the train station and getting into Chester city centre. Very comfortable place, plenty of room and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped. A nice touch was having milk, cereal, tea and coffee provided too. The host was very friendly and responded promptly to messages and was very helpful.

    Perfect location for shopping at Cheshire Oaks. The staff were so friendly upon arrival. Ample of free parking. So picturesque, especially when eating in the restaurant. Restaurant was not expensive and very tasty. Room service was a lovely touch after a long day shopping. Lifts were very quick and responsive. The rooms were so spacious and well thought out. Perfect little getaway.

    Great communication from the host prior to our stay and being greeted on arrival, always fast to respond to messages and even got wished a happy birthday, a genuinely lovely host and really homely rooms that made us feel comfortable, area was quiet and good off street free parking available. Location 10 min walk to train station for Liverpool and good access to Cheshire oaks designer outlet and Chester itself via car, would highly recommend :)

    Good location, nice room that overlooked the waterway and the museum, breakfast was lovely and all the staff were very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend if visiting Liverpool, chester etc and the free parking was a bonus.
