Everything is perfect here. I had a beautiful, spacious and clean room, with a huge, comfortable bed, free WiFi, free parking, a lovely desk, tea and coffee. There was the most kind person welcoming me at the hotel, showing me to my room, and saying goodbye when I left.

I had a wonderful night at the Orchid. I came with a lot of luggage and Hava at the front desk was happy to give me a different room on the ground floor. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and well pressured- couldn't have asked for more

Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge. We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.

    Property was very reasonably priced for our 2 night stay to go to Wimbledon. Nothing fancy but clean, comfortable, free parking and had everything we needed, comfortable bed, good tea and coffee facilities and very handy for the train to Wimbledon.

    Everyone very friendly & helpful. They let us put things in their fridge over night. Brought breakfast to our room. Put us on ground floor on request. Room had a bath & shower. Plenty of seating as well as a large comfy bed. Free Parking excellent. Pub next door also great value for money.
