    Our host Imran was helpful, polite and courteous. Answered any questions very quickly and helpfully. He even provided two parking permits as we had to take two cars last minute. Bedding was clean. Bottles of water were provided as was tea and coffee facilities. That was a nice touch. The location is 35/40 minutes from Alton Towers and was a low cost option for families on a budget.
