Very clean. Lock bix entry and check out. Everything provided that you could possibly need. Clear instructions on all appliances. Hope they enjoy the bottle of wine we left in the fridge! Would definately use again.

Absolutely wonderful spot - the studio is roomy and comfortable, perfectly clean, private, and nice and quiet at night. There was a wonderful variety of food left in the welcome pack (I now need to find a recipe for Welsh cakes), and it was topped up daily. The parking was off-road and secure, and it was an ideal location for hiking. A quick drive to climb Pen y Fan, and I walked straight from the door to do the Dragon's Back circular. Couldn't have been better, and the hosts were so friendly and helpful too. Would return without hesitation!

What a lovely find! Great location, great facilities, super clean and welcome! My family loved staying here for 2 nights. We slept very well, comfortable bed and all the little treats of a 5 star place! The ice cream shop is a must! And so is the coffee/ book place nearby. We went there everyday and really enjoyed it! 5 stars!!!

    Lovely large room beautiful bathroom great shower 2x sinks and robes lovely. Staff made king bed into twin for me and my friend no hassle at all. Food was excellent ate evening meal and breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Plenty of free parking and in easy reach of Hay on Wye. Laid back check in and check out everything really easy.
