Able to come and go as needed and separate entrance to the pub. Although some mouse can be heard from pub this is not loud or a problem. Lovely views from bedroom of fields. Have option of facilities for meals and a lovely cooked. Breakfast .

Very helpful and informative and so friendly - then we were also left to our own devices, which was great Great space for kids and lots of toys to play with and they called before arrival and checked on the age of the toddler, so went ahead and put a stair gate at the bottom! Couldnt fault them - thank you

The location in an old church just below the cathedral is simply amazing. Already it alone makes this place. We had what effectively was a basement room but we still enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, good bathroom, quirky breakfast of croissant and yoghurt eaten in bed.

    Hill crest lodge was fantastic. The lodge was very clean and tidy, had everything we needed for the weekend. The views were amazing. Hot tube was so lovely and very warm. Nice breakfast surprise of bacon, sausage, eggs, beans and orange juice. Very easy parking next to the lodge. Brian the host was fantastic, he was very friendly. He help with everything we needed. He made our stay even better. I would highly recommend and definitely be returning. 😀
