Clean, very quiet, and bigger than expected. Julia was easy to contact if we needed help, we did, to supply bedding for the sofa bed. Julia made the bed up, which was unexpected and very welcome. She had left a fresh loaf and eggs which were lovely. We felt at home. The Stables were very comfortable despite the heatwave, Julia supplied additional fans.
