    Compared to a typical hotel: This whole place was clean. Free /secure parking for my large Van. The occupier was polite/friendly. Free Brews. price was lowest than Hotels.Access to a Fridge/ washing machine/dryer. Had good night's sleep, very quiet and secure room. Checked in around 11 p.m. definitely visit again.

    Fantastic property, spotlessly clean in all aspects, wonderful friendly host, super comfy bed, and a great location for our needs. Easy on street parking outside and 5-10 mins by taxi into Brighton/Hove centre. Would very highly recommend.

    Easy to find, seamless check-in. Parking was not too difficult. Host was responsive. Location was a walk down to the beach, lots of eateries nearby too. What more can I say about the place? It's is exactly like the picture! Very cosy, private outdoor patio for tea time. Will recommend to anyone visiting Brighton! Ps. They have an instagram page 😄

    Air-con was great. Plenty of food supplied and fridge stocked with drinks, some free and the others (beer, wine) very reasonably priced. Everything I could need. Really friendly hosts. Free parking

    The lodge was very clean and cosy. There were complimentary snacks such as crisps, biscuits, and chocolate bars. There was a mini bar as well which was fairly priced. The lodge was equipped with both heating and aircon making it a comfortable stay. Linda and Tony were very friendly and attentive. The free parking was very handy as well, given that Brighton charge a fortune for parking. There was a bus stop only a few minutes up the road or an £8 cab journey into Brighton Town centre.
