Lovely place! We felt at home right away, bed was super comfy, we drank some turkish çay and had a lovely chat with our hosts. Highly recommend this place, it's in a quiet area but yet close to the town centre and buses. We'll be staying again!

    Breakfast was excellent. It was all made to order and very tasty. The room (No 4) was spacious and comfortable. I think its in an old building and there's a slight slope to the floor but it wasn't a problem. Parking at the front is limited and the extra car parking space at the back requires some manouvering but is possible to use it.

    Great location, excellent music venue on site and superb bar facilities attached with late bar on gig nights, often allowing opportunity to meet and chat with the bands after gigs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient free parking on site.

    Lovely big room - having a robe supplied was a real bonus plus there was a water bowl and some poo bags supplied for our dog. Bath & shower which I always prefer - comfortable bed and warm room Good quality food in bar and varied choices for breakfast . Excellent location & free parking

    I loved the room, it was very spacious and well appointed. The staff were friendly and accomodating and I was really impressed by the ample free parking. The hotel is ideally located for Kinross and Loch Leven and the location is simply beautiful.
