A superb B&B in a rural setting. Our hosts, Jonathan and Mary, could not do more for us. In fact, at their insistence, they washed and ironed a load of our dirty laundry. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with a choice of cereals, juice, yoghurt and fruit compotes, as well as your choice of a cooked breakfast.

The location is quiet, the house is beautiful (if you like old buildings which have been lovingly restored) and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The surrounding countryside is lovely and there are plenty of interesting places to visit in the area. There is also a cat called Kitten who stole our hearts. The breakfasts are excellent with a great choice of food.

What a nice place for a weekend getaway! Stayed in one of their garden rooms situated at the back of the premises. Enjoyed a very good evening meal in the pub. Loved the way the owners are working to a net zero enterprise.

As a group of four we enjoyed everything about our stay at Brynlikky Cottage: the peacefulness of the location, the surrounding hills, walks, small towns and how completely the house was provisioned. we just thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the back window is something else, we enjoyed watching the lambs play each evening, the farmer moved some newly born calves into the field for us aswell. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Plenty to do in the area.

    Wonderful location, beautiful gardens and breathtaking views. The property is extremely clean and well presented. The host Jonathan immediately made us welcome and could not do enough for us. The room was superbly equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, well cooked and plentiful. Excellent parking next to property. Will definitely visit again.

    The good breakfast - best sausage in the world and  staggered well organised breakfast sittings. Fantastic bed and great bedding, very good fan . Interesting building, countryside, location. Sounds of wild life at night though a open window. Nice grounds and Good parking.
