Fabulous location on the river and very close to the cathedral and centre facilities. Fabulous hosts. George greeted us at breakfast and kept us entertained with stories and information about our accomodation, and about Ely. Breakfast was served at a leisurely pace and prepared with much care and attention to detail. We could almost have stayed all morning eating. Our accomodation was warm, homely, quiet, and incredibly spacious.

Im a worker and it was safe for the van at a night time which is priority to me. House was lovely /clean and tidy. Bed was super comfy too. No issues at all

It's slap-bang in Ely's town centre and by market square. Despite this, it was quiet. If you are visiting Ely for the Catherdral, Oliver Cromwell's house etc, its all on your doorstep. Or, just turn right to head down the hill to the riverside. There are good places to eat just by the property such as The Turkish opposite and Le Spice an Indian restaurant just down the road. There was also a basket of biscuits, kettle crisps and bottles of water, tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge. There was a microwave in our room too. It had a good shower, and body wash shampoo and conditioner provided.
