The location is perfect for my son’s location; this is my go too hotel to stay when visiting Scotland from my home in Dubai. Amanda (in the bar) was outstanding and gave amazing service to us all during the evening stay. Special thanks to her for making the experience a memorable one.

When we walked in, we were stunned at the xmas feel it gave you. From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome. All staff were absolutely fantastic. They really do make your stay and are so helpful. Everyone was smiling and looked happy. Food was tasty and the service was amazing. Breakfast was a buffet and there was plenty to choose from. Room was large and spacious and cosy. Will be returning 100%

It was a beautiful house, I could see it was newly renovated/built. It was comfortable for the three of us, there were two double beds. There was a lot of food in the kitchen, an unopened instant coffee (sorry, I opened it, even though we brought our own 😅).

    The parking lot was big and there was enough space to park comfortably. Further, there is a coop as well as a farmer market and a Greggs near-by to buy some essential such as water or get breakfast. While there was a bar in the facility which we did not use, the noise died down upon closing at 11 pm both nights.

    The reception staff and bar staff were all lovely and made us feel very welcome. Rooms were comfortable and surroundings were quiet at night. Not far to walk to shops and eateries. Ample car parking. Standard room a good size.

    Really friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Very quiet, perfect location for exploring area. Plenty of free parking, very clean, lovely hot water for bath or shower. The bed/pillows were the best, never had so comfy ! Best nights sleep.! Handy restaurant with great food. The most perfect stay ☺ Very grateful for a wonderful couple of days/nights & definitely want to return.

    Great location with friendly staff and plenty of free parking space. with two EV charging stations. The pub serves a good variety of food and drinks and the hotel rooms are located in a separate building adjacent and accessible with your room key. Directly opposite and within easy walking distance are two large shopping malls and the one houses a large number of designer shops like CK, Nike, Adidas etc so you need to allow plenty of time to get around them all.

    The location is perfect for the Livingston outlet stores and many other shopping places. It is seconds away from leaving the multi-story outlet mall carpark. We like that Chain Runner restaurant is next to the Inn hence very convenient for food after a long day of shopping. Love the big free parking too. Love the strong shower and our room location, which is very quiet.
