This was our second stay at the property and we can honestly say we will continue to return, it’s so comfortable, the food in the moody cow is amazing!! It’s very quiet and peaceful and our dog loves it there! Can’t wait for another trip here soon :)

A lovely comfortable 'pod" with everything needed to hand. We loved it and would definitely recommend the Cwtch. The supplied milk, cereals and butter was a nice touch.

The owners were so incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room had a shower but I saw there was a separate bathroom next to our room and I asked if I could use the bath. I was immediately told yes, not a problem. The bathroom actually came with another room but that room wasn't booked for that night. Our room was classed as a small double but it had everything we needed. The mattress, pillows and bed linens were very comfortable and we both slept well. In the morning we could choose from a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and pastry items before being served a delicious hot cooked breakfast. The coffee was served in a French Press and was of a fabulous quality and taste. So good we had a 2nd pot. When we are back staying in the area, we would definitely want to stay here again.

The property was modern and spotless and our hosts Gwen and Gareth were very welcoming, they even bought us a drink at the Ty Glyn down the road which was a brilliant venue with live music and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic time at Five Oaks B&B. The location is simply beautiful – tucked away in a peaceful, green setting yet just a short walk from the beach and New Quay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the surroundings are perfect for anyone who enjoys nature and tranquillity. The location was perfect and quiet and about an hour drive from Ffald-y-brenin (beautiful day out). Super comfortable and everything we needed to feel right at home. The sunsets were amazing! We didn't have time to use the pool, so hope to on our next visit. Thank you 😊

    The location was very handy (less than 10mins) to New Quay. It was very convenient arriving by car, as there is a large car park (parking in New Quay is restricted and expensive). The rooms are really tastefully furnished, spacious and clean. It was good value for money. It is family run and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The evening meals and breakfast were excellent.

    Obviously a family run establisment and it showed. Very friendly and obliging staff. Also very friendly patrons as we all watched the football together. Easy to find and had parking. Is an older establishment so not all the mod cons. Would stay again as felt very welcomed.

    We have been to the Llanina Arms previously and everything was as good this time. We booked the deluxe king room which has a large bed, settee and chair. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Michelle especially makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast is very good quality. The car park is big. The location is good for Aberaeron, newquay, Aberystwyth and cardigan. We are going back there again in August.

    Easy to find with free on site parking. Good size rooms ,very clean and comfortable. Really friendly staff , Sam who was on duty was very keen to make sure we had a great stay . A choice of gluten free options breakfast and dinner .

    The property was well situated, easy to get to with a good sized car park. Inside it was very welcoming with an open fire to sit next to when you are having a meal. It was spacious and very clean. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The food is excellent! Will gladly stay again.
