Excellent staff. You always pick up the energy around a place and staff that makes the difference. Bridge House is such a place. Attentive, friendly, genuine and very helpful staff. The room had many extras you normally don't see. When I left very early in the morning, a package with croissants and fruits was waiting for me in the reception. The breakfast was amazing since you could order from a menu, all inclusive. Can't wait to get back!

I absolutely loved everything about Louma. The food is outstanding – you can truly taste the freshness of the ingredients. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, and the all-inclusive concept makes the whole experience so effortless, as you don’t have to worry about a thing. The wellness area is incredible, and the gym is even better equipped than my regular one! But what makes Louma truly special is the people and the place itself. It feels magical – with stunning sea views, a calming and friendly atmosphere, and impeccable yet cozy décor. Travelling with a baby, I was deeply impressed by how well-equipped Louma is for families. They provided everything: a baby monitor, crib, bath tub, toiletries, diaper bin, high chair… every detail was thought of. As new parents, it’s such a joy to be able to enjoy a luxury retreat with all the comfort and elegance we love, without compromising on peace of mind or packing endless baby gear. Louma is, without a doubt, one of the best luxury retreats for parents with good taste, who love to enjoy life and share it with their kids.

Lovely, clean and basically brand new with everything you need for a perfect stay! Lovely touches and tastefully decorated. We were glad we had a car as a little hilly but only a few minutes drive from lyme regis seafront/town and shops-this didn't affect us but may do if you don't have access to a car. Can't comment on owners as everything went smoothly and no need to contact but details were provided promptly by the agency that let the property out and were easy to understand. We were left lots of information on local areas, pubs, shops etc and the house was extremely well equipped, stylish and comfortable Really enjoyable stay thankyou!
