Absolutely everything (and Im fussy). beautifully refurbished bar and spotless, comfortable and well appointed accommodation. everything you need and easy parking. delicious food in the bar/restaurant and a great choice of all courses beautifully cooked. very sociable and professional owners and staff and nothing was too much trouble. eg wanting different veg and spuds from those suggested on the menu. Loved the breakfast room with great choice of teas/coffees, cereals and fruit. And of course a fry-up and other options all freshly cooked to your specific requirements. Location was prefect too at the entrance to the valley with many walk options.

    As a last minute booking, we weren't expecting to much for the price. However the room, bedding and towels were all very clean and a very nice full English breakfast was included in the extremely reasonable price of £55. Onsite car parking was a bonus.

    Powerful rain shower and excellent flushing loo! Morpeth is a lovely town with lots of interesting shops, cafes and restaurants and flat is an easy walk to everything. Good carry out Chinese next door (no smells/noise by the way). No parking outside but car park across the road, with easy pedestrian access through a little lane. Need to drive round behind opposite building to park but not a problem.

    Good basic room with comfortable beds and nice en-suite. Very nice cooked breakfast. Parking in the hotel car park was a bit tight but there was a public car park across the road. Very good location near the centre of the town.

    Brilliant location, bars , restaurants, shops all close by. Free parking very close to cottage . Hot tub was a great addition. Very comfortable beds. TVs were a good size and the kitchen, with bi-folding doors was exceptional. Good communication with host. Highly recommend it.
