    A historic 17th century coaching inn tastefully updated to the 21st century. Excellent dinner and breakfast with all staff friendly and eager to please. One of the nicest places I have stayed, central location, quiet, with car parking and great value for money

    Very well appointed room, excellent toiletries, Reception staff excellent, serving staff mainly very good but some staff need to pay more attention to lone travellers. Wonderful location, good car parking, nice gardens.

    Very attractively landscaped garden and courtyard, and easy free parking. We hit the jackpot and got an upgrade to the suite, an immense, low-ceilinged, but very comfortable attic. Pretty good cooked breakfast options. Good value for money for Britain.

    Great old building with lots of atmosphere right in the middle of Oundle. Comfortable room with good shower. Very quiet. Nice bar with seating inside and out. Breakfast was excellent. Private free parking was perfect.
