Beatiful cabins, right next to the restaurant in a commanding position on pendle hill with amazing views. Zak and Catherine and their staff wonderful hosts, lots of little touches in the cabins which have fully equipped kitchens, great beds and bathrooms. Nothing too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was also fantastic will definitely consider returning in the future.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful and super comfortable we really don’t want to go. Darryl our host was very helpful and a great communicator. Clitheroe is quite but cute with some nice places close by to eat. Highly recommend as a place to stay.

Couldn't fault this little Gem, and the Hosts were fabulous and so understanding. I have quite a few health issues and when I had a bad turn early on and struggled to make checkout they were so attentive to my needs, honestly I can't recommend this place enough. It's beautiful.

Absolutely outstanding hotel—far above the rest in the area!- and only 10 minutes walk to the food stadium. For half the price of other nearby options, you get rooms that are twice the quality. Spacious, clean, and beautifully done—better than many so-called premium hotels. The food? Easily 5-star. Honestly, it topped what I’ve experienced at high-end hotels in Manchester and London.     The location of the hotel is lovely, in pretty grounds. Great wood panelled bar area and the restaurant offers good dinners and excellent breakfasts. The rooms are in a good condition and very roomy and comfortable. There is a lot of onsite parking too.
