    Comfortable room, Vinnie very helpful. Breakfast next door in the cafe was good . Near the beach, parking in the car park. Handy for the bus into Eastbourne or Hastings. Couple of local pubs for dinner

    Fantastic location on the beach with its own car parking space in gated development. A short walk to the facilities at Sovereign Harbour. and a 2-/30 minute bus ride from the centre of Eastbourne with bus stop very close by. Spacious, bright and comfortable, clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Living room and one of the bedrooms overlook the path and beach, just walk out and there you are!
