    Easy parking, welcome at reception, pleasant and helpful staff more generally. The food and restaurant service was of a high standard. Live music in the restaurant. the room was spacious, clean and well equiped.

    Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff with great facilities (pool/spa, restaurant(s), parking). Very charming hotel, finished to a high standard. My room on the second night was a lovely suite style room and the lovely receptionist brought my luggage up to me. The second floor smelled absolutely amazing!

    Beautifully decorated room, well equipped and with a huge 7’ bed. Lovely view over the Japanese garden and aircon to keep it cool. Also very quiet. Lovely pool, decent gym and plenty of parking.

    The front desk ladies were lovely and very helpful and so was the buff guy in the spa are that instantly directed us to the pool. The fact that it had a pool,steam room and sauna. Free parking was amazing aswell, and star of the show was the amazing food at Palm Court,one of the best meals i’ve ever had, absolutely outstanding.

    The hotel is beautiful stylish and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite being very busy nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent lots of choice and plenty of food. We were visiting with our twin daughters they enjoyed the swimming pool. We stayed in a family room which was very spacious the beds were really comfy and we all slept very well. I would highly recommend this hotel perfect location with lots of car parking space and beautiful outdoor spaces. Thank you.
