    Great location for Rock Oyster Festival (5min drive) and walking distance to Rock. Great shops nearby- butchers, bakers & general store and lovely pub. Really reasonable price for 5 guests for this area. I was expecting it to be very basic for the price but there were some thoughtful touches and the beds were comfortable. Off road parking available on site.

    Exceptionally Clean, Every needs it catered specially we are with children and they found lots of board games to play., Bed's are very comfy. The kitchen had all the utensils you want. Off road parking. The area is very quiet at night.
