(Shame the jam was mouldy though, and the bread by day 3). A good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and towels provided. A bowl is provided to wash dishes Able to park the car safely on the road outside, in a quiet area The bed was comfortable and bedding clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, there is plenty of parking and it is very quiet. An added bonus is that the number 27 bus stops almost outside and takes you down to the coast road and into Brighton so great as a base for exploring.
