Tony was the perfect host. Stayed for only one night, but it was the ideal way to start our vacation. Upon arrival, Tony gave us a friendly tour of our room, which was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Deon and Laura were great hosts; Deon showed us around, even offered to help bring our bags up: a first, thank you. The room was a good size, had everything including a fridge! Lovely bathroom. Nice view out the back. Breakfast was terrific, and we had a great view from our table across the town. Lots of information about what to do (good walks from the house) and where to eat. Good location, could walk to eateries. Wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

The suite was gorgeous. Beautifully presented and very clean. The little fridge with milk and water provided along with bowl of quick grab breakfast options and fresh fruit was a lovely touch. I’d booked short notice and Liz was so accommodating.

Great parking, very warm welcome, room was clean and comfortable. We had an evening meal which was excellent and well presented. The sleep was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect everything you need. The staff gave 5* service very professional and courteous and a credit to the hotel. What a lovely old fashioned pub/hotel. Well done thank you. John & Mandy for a lovely stay.

traditional, cosy, busy but not noisy, terrific staff who really cared about the quality of my stay. as a woman travelling solo I felt welcomed & safe and as a knackered traveller I felt I could totally relax. convenient parking

Great communication with a lovely owner, and an excellent pub with great beer and food 2 minutes walk away. Huge apartment with ample parking right outside while we were there. WiFi was decent and needed as the was no phone signal.
