    It is a nice quiet house in a cul-de-sac in the beautiful Calder Valley. Communication was very good. Parking was no problem. Joanna (host) provided a welcoming cup of tea. Guests can use the kitchen (microwave etc.) to heat up their own food from the nearby supermarket.

    Location is pleasant though some way out of Todmorden but it is near a local train station and there is parking. We had a pleasant walk into town along the canal. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms and the place was clean.

    Had such a nice stay for two nights. On arrival we had fresh eggs and muffins left for us and a pint of milk which was such a lovely touch. A very cosy room and a comfortable bed. Nice hot shower with towels provided. The little kitchen has everything you need in it. Extremely quiet, warm and felt very safe during our stay. There is car parking and a private entrance. Andy was very welcoming and we would definitely go back to stay again. Thank you!
