Charlie--one of the managers actually gave us her parking pass to use the entire time we were there. The staff was exceptional. The two young ladies at the check-in went out of their way to help and were very pleasant. The hotel has laundry service which was wonderful. Again, the staff was so helpful. I really appreciated and loved that.
