We absolutely loved our stay here, it had so much to offer on our short trip to the region: from Varzia cave town and the local castle and walks to the beautiful rivers in the area. Although the rooms are pretty basic, the pool, brewery istelf (yes, fresh beer off the tap here!!) and the kitchen/restaurant are stunning. We would come here again!

Its a very special built hotel, but in a good way. The pool was very good with an lovely view from the top floor. The sauna was also nice. I loved my room, it had a lot of space and a balcony with the best view on the mointains. Also the staff was very nice, polite and friendly. The hotel is pretty new thats why there are not so much ratings yet. Overall a very nice hotel for a good price. I can fully recommend.

The owners were very kind, friendly and most helpful, providing useful advise on various things, be it the transport, the nearby spa, local shops etc. The facility is opened to various kind of travellers, including these wishing to pitch their tent in the garden and yes, there was an exraordinaty traveller with a tent motorbiking from Italy! Our room was spacy and perfectly clean, incl. the bathroom. The garden provides great sitting for evening chats or morning breakfasts with your co-travellers or to meet other guests. There are both indoor kitchen and garden kitchen available. Amazing place!

Great hospitality. Very good breakfast ( they provided their own homemade products for breakfast). Beautiful garden 👏🏻. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that was needed. They accepted our dog without an extra pay. We really liked the fact that they produce their own food( honey, bread, jams, Georgian local sweets, homemade alcohol too 🥂, which of course you can buy it). In general the location is great, and just 10min by car to Ancient cave city. We would highly recommend this place!

If I could rate this guesthouse any higher we surely would. We had an absolutely amazing stay and it was with a heavy heart leaving. When arriving we were welcomed by the entire family. Natali is a superb cook, serving traditional Georgian food that is all home made from the garden. Koba shared with us his home made wine and vodka and together with his wife Angelina gave us a look into the traditions of a Georgian home. The guesthouse is close to Vardzia, only a few minutes drive. When visiting I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to experience the real Georgia. Gaumarjos!!

Conveniently situated a short car ride from Vardzia. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, offering us a meal since we arrived late at night. Good quality accommodation. Can absolutely recommend it.

This was the best stay we had in Georgia. the houses are comfortable, the view is stunning and the host are lovely. We booked breakfast and dinner and we got excellent home cooked Georgian food.
