Extremely nice location. Stepantsminda is already a very nice town, but this cottage is like the very last cottage, high up town, with only the mountain in your back. It gives you a remote feeling in a town that is already remote. What makes it a dream is the master bedroom that overlooks the whole town, but also shows the wonderful mountains with the Gergeti Trinity Church as an absolute highlight. Amazing falling asleep and waking up with this view! Also plenty of space to park your car.

The cottage is beautifully located! Not directly in Kazbegi but in small village above it which guarantees beautiful view not only on the mountains but on Kazbegi town as well. We really liked that besides of towels, there were also bathrobes! The place is new and well equipped and the owners are very communicative and sweet people:) We hope to come back one day when the weather will be more pleasant!

A perfect little spot ! It was cozy and everything was comfortable. The view over the village was amazing. Definitely come here for the peace and quietness. Just a heads up: it only has a microwave and kettle. So stock up on groceries that don’t require cooking, but there is also a cafe right across.
