We had a wonderful time at this hotel – we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially with our child. They truly went above and beyond, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. We’ve been traveling around Georgia for a week, and this has definitely been the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Also, the breakfast was the best of the whole trip – delicious, varied, and made with quality ingredients. The facilities are exceptional: everything is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I stayed one week in Kutaisi and I felt very welcome by Inga and the rest of her lovely family. She stayed awake for me for giving me the keys and my flight got late, I was invited for teas / coffees/ kachapuri, and all in all I just felt welcome staying around there. Even though I spent time with her family, I lived on a separate floor, where I had my own space, I had a key for a separate door, so all in all it was a perfect combination spending time with the family and by myself.
