Stayed at Garden rooms for one week and everything was perfect. Rooms look very new, equipped with glasses, coffee cups, spoons, plates, different types of coffee, tea and everything what i need for my stay. Definitely will come back, if I visit Kutaisi again.

The property was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The host was polite and helpful throughout the stay. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Supermarkets and other essential stores were conveniently located nearby, which made things even more convenient. Commual Hotels is a true gem in Georgia and finally they have opened in Kutaisi. The quality in general and the attention to details is unmatched. Rooms are comfy and nicely decorated. The inhouse restaurant DOLI is the best in Kutaisi with an interesting interpretation of regional dishes. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. Will stay again for sure and I'll recommend it to anyone going to Imereti or Kutaisi.

The location is good, just 3GEL from the bus station. There is a restaurant and wine shop adjacent to the apartment. The furnishing of the kitchen and bathroom are modern and stylish. Everything was very clean. The AC was perfect, and we enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony. The Bagrati cathedral and the Colchis fountain are also 3GEL each from the apartment by BOLT.
