Very clean and comfortable with all the utilities you might think. You have a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and capsules, in the fridge we had cold water. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and detergent. It is located close to the beach, 5 minutes away, 2 minutes to a supermarket and 1 minute away from the only tavern which had very good food and good prices! The owner was very nice and gave us instructions for the beach and places where to go! We will surely pick this accommodation for our next trip!

I had a wonderful stay at this newly built villa in Fanari, located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. The villa is modern, very clean, and tastefully furnished, with all the amenities you might need. What made the experience truly special was the hospitality. The villa is managed by a very kind gentleman and his lovely parents, who made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. There’s honestly nothing I can complain about – everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Fanari.

There is nothing more that we could need in our vacation. The apartment looks nicer when you see it in person. The host even leaved us coffee capsules, sweets and wine. That was a very good surprise. It was very clean, spacious and the host was incredibly nice. We would definitely visit it again!

The atmosphere is even better that the pictures. It's absolutely worth the money. The place hasn't been made for short term rent but for own comfortable living but you see it when you get there. If you want to feel welcome and have a pleasant stay in this area, go to Eva's house. We did arrive after a long stay at the border and were really tired, and Eva's house welcomed us with some juices, fruits, and food in the fridge.This was such a nice gesture. The house was clean, the AC was working perfectly, and we enjoyed the small things that made us feel welcome. Internet was also working superb, you can park in front of the house and the nights were quiet. For us, the location was great, providing an easy way to the next city, Xanthi, and the beaches Mirodato and Avdira. We can totally recommend Eva's house.
