An outstanding property. My sincere congrats to Roumvini who is a delight and her flat is such a little gem. Spacious, super clean, brand new, comfy, thoughtfully kitted out, with beautiful decor, good bed/shower/coffee facilities, as well as a lovely balcony for the early morning and late evenings with glorious mountain views as well as partial lake views. Parking not an issue either.

We had the most amazing stay here, Dimitri and family were so accommodating and went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and settled in when we arrived very tired from the drive. The house itself has everything you could possibly need! Good kitchen facilities, beautiful rainfall shower, big comfortable beds to set us up on our way to Olympus. We only wish we'd had time to stay longer!!

We had a stay of three nights and Loukas was the best and most kind and caring host we met in a long while. This place is highly recommended, it’s a little remote from the city rush in Ioánnina and very quiet through the night. The house was in perfect shape and perfectly clean. It’s a beautiful traditional stone house and if you’re still indecisive of booking it, we strongly suggest to just book - you won’t regret it. The fridge was packed with sodas, there’s all accommodation you need and Loukas and his family are doing a fabulous job to provide you the most pleasant stay. We will come back for sure. There’s plenty to do nearby from going to the museum, to hiking, to visiting nearby villages within a circle of 1h such as Metsovo, the Perama Caves, Ioannina of course, Monodendri, etc.

A cozy luxury and very clean newly refurbished apartment in a quiet street of Ioannina, with very comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped with all the utensils necessary for a short to medium stay, close to a restaurant and shops, the lake is in a walking distance. Very good communication with the owner Maria who was very helpful with everything we needed. We had a lovely stay and definitely would recommend.
