Big plus: AC in the living room and bedroom and they work really well. You have great view in both rooms, on one window you see the port and the sea on the other you see the mountain in the back. You can find plenty of free parking spaces + you have access to many restaurants, fishing trips, super clean and well serviced beach, boat trips within walking distance. The breakfast was always served aplenty and was made with love, including typical Greek dishes and local products. The staff was were friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was still very new and hardly used at all.
