The property and the staff were exceptional, we came all the way from Australia and they treated us with welcoming hands and the kindest of attitudes, the staff really made the stay and the luxury suites were stunning, this is a place we will have to go back and honestly it’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying a Greek island.

Chez Le Goff is an amazing place! It is located near the top of a hill with an absolutely gorgeous view of Kamini port and the Aegean Sea! The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated. I especially loved the wonderful paintings in the apartment and book corner with art and history books. The whole place is very stylish and makes you feel special. The apartment has air conditioning and a master bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The beautiful terrace also has a lovely pool, so if you don’t feel like swimming in the sea you can always swim in the pool. Last but not least (!) - Alexander, the owner of Chez Le Goff is very friendly, always available and eager to help! He is a man with a big heart!

Awesome experience! The place was rented for the first time on the summer of 2022 by our hosts, Andy and her daughter Maria. Hence, no reviews. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. From fruits, milk, bread, water to liquor, beer and wine in the fridge. Also, when I asked for beach towels I was offered 4 and a bottle of sunscreen. The apartment itself is clean, full of natural light and freshly renovated. It’s s nice combo to have old, authentic furniture and all the newest tech like kitchen stove, huge TV, washing machine. Also, you have your private terrace and rooftop.

I needed somewhere to sleep for the night, last minute, as the Airbnb we were at was not up to standard. The bed I was supposed to sleep on felt like a slab of stone. After a few nights of absolute discomfort, I desperately needed a decent sleep before we left the Island to continue on our travels. The room at Areti was perfect - it had two windows looking out on different parts of the street, one of which was a sea view. The bed was very comfortable, and I had everything I needed. The lady who booked me in was kind and charming, and I was so tired after a late supper, that even the hustle and bustle of the harbour night-life didn't keep me awake. In fact, I rather liked hearing everyone enjoying themselves! Once the windows and shutters were closed, I watched an old Greek movie, and had a very restful sleep. When I awoke early, I watched the Swifts flying around and about the old buildings outside, took in the views, and felt so refreshed and very happy to be there. I would definitely recommend Areti for hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort. The street life is part of the experience of the Island if you choose to stay harbour-side. My room was over a lovely bar, and if you don't want that, there are other rooms at Areti.
