We stayed in this wonderful house for two weeks (from late September to early October) with our teenage children and absolutely loved it! 🌅 The house is located right on the seashore, with a stunning view from the terrace — having morning coffee with such a view is pure bliss. It was very convenient that the kids could swim on their own while we watched them from the terrace. During our entire stay, we saw other people on the beach only a couple of times, so it felt like we had it all to ourselves — total privacy and peace. 🏖️ The hosts are incredibly kind and warm-hearted people. They met us halfway from the airport and guided us to the house, which was very helpful since the road goes through the mountains and would have been hard to find on our own. When we arrived, we found a light snack and even a bottle of wine waiting for us — such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. 🍷 The house has absolutely everything you might need: dishes, towels, toiletries, coffee, spices — every little detail is taken care of. Any small issues (like a power outage after a storm) were fixed immediately. A special thank you for all the delicious treats — we were spoiled with homemade pie, pizza, fried fish, and even a huge basket of prickly pears! 🍕🐟🌵 When we left, the hosts gave us lovely souvenirs and another bottle of wine — such a heartwarming gesture. This place is perfect for anyone seeking peace, nature, and comfort away from the hustle and bustle. 🌊💙

Dont worry about withouts commend because its new on booking. + neigbour is romeo beach and restaurant you can order also home and use beach servise without fee. Our first time in Samos has been a memorable experience very much thanks to the lovely studio we stayed in. The flat ticked all the boxes for us. We felt wonderful hospitality since day one. We booked this accommodation in the mountain area, far away from the beach, hoping to enjoy the nature and relax in a quiet area. As we are going to arrive in Vathi harbor too early in the morning, having check in arrangement at noontime, we had decide to drive around having breakfast under sun rising. Instead, we received a phone call by Mrs Helen, prior to our departure from Piraeus, saying that, it will be not comfortable for us to drive around, as she had already arrange for us, a short stay in their own apartment over our accommodation. By reaching in their own apartment, to sleep for couple hours till our check in time, we found a basket with fresh fruits, full breakfast assortments and shower area !!!! All of them given by her heart, at NO CHARGE !!!! Later on, by getting in our accommodation, we really impressed with high quality of renovation they made. By keeping the major cell of a cottage house, they create an atmospheric very clean accommodation with all necessary modern facilities and customer’s needs. During two weeks of our stay, we had the feeling of living in our own home !! In the village there is also, a traditional tavern to try for. By getting position in the middle of the island, is easy and capable to drive and visit every side of the island. Several villages are very close and even Pythagoreio, one of the most famous seaside village, is only 20 mins driving. Mr. Stelios (Helens husband) was there for any help, explanation, guiding (even to local festivals), and mostly behaving like your longtime friend. Thanks to them and their excellent hospitality, we enjoy our vacation unexpectedly in the best way, through generous people who are respecting the tradition and trying also to maintain happiness. If you are a traveler, go there!!!

Lovely modern house with plenty of space. Three good sized bedrooms with balconies. Super outside space with three terraces to make the most of the views. Well equipped although oddly only had 4 small cups for coffee - it sleeps 6! In a good position - quiet and lovely views as well as easy to walk to the village or beach. Owners were quick to respond with any issues (faulty shower head) and provided beach towels when we asked. Highly recommend.
