Very nice, clean big house, 2 families could fit in easily. The lady who gave us the key and cleaned the house was really nice and willing to help with anything. it is in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to the sea and Sami center.

Akis is a prefect host, he makes everything to let you enjoy the vacation. In the common space you can even find sunbeds, seats, umbrella, swimming mask, cool bag. The location is perfect, 10 min from Myrthos and Sami. Agia Effimia is full of good restaurants/taverna and there are even 3 super markets! Definitely recommended

Well furnished kitchen. Courtyard available with garden and an outdoor shower, handy in hot summer/early autumn days. There IS available wi-fi, contrary to the description on booking website.
